However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will provide a full refund or replacement for any items that do not meet our rigorous quality standards or arrive damaged.
Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your vacuum-sealed products to ensure they are still frozen or refrigerator-cold and that the packaging is intact.
Document Issues
If you notice any damage, defrosting, or quality concerns, please take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of receipt.
